so I was thinking last night:

it's interesting how far we are willing to bend, or even break the rules, when we decide we want something...  g00d and bad

every day is a new lesson

in other news, I watched the entire Sarah Connor Chronicles last night... EFFIN' AWESOME.  I want my own super-mega-hott female terminator.  Yes, Summer Glau is smokin' - I would totally have her babies.  500 of 'em.  (she's a professional ballerina AND she can wreck shop with a gun...  I'm in love)  Seasons 2 & 3 cannot arrive s00n enough.  And no, I will not watch it on TV, I will wait until next summer when all the episodes are out, I hate having to wait a week between episodes.  Flippin' st00pid.

  • I supposed to have a soccer scrimmage 2nite...  I'm turbo-nervous, I haven't played ball in like 7-8 months.

in other news, my boxing bag is now hung and ready to be beat upon.

    Huzzah!

so there's this  bud light commercial on YouTube that everyone and their dog needs to watch...
    search for "bud light deli"

then sit back, relax, and enjoy the entertainment.

In other news, I've been reading like a maniac lately.  And really, it's been all over the map.  Pretty much anything I can read I'm simply devouring.  In fact, there's several b00ks that I read in less than a day.

I've been making to-do lists everyday.  And actually getting a g00d portion of them done.  It's amazing how much more productive one can be when you have a physical list in front of you instead of a mental one.

I'm trying to decide if I want to build the aquarium/b00kshelf for my r00m first, or if I want to build the cabinets and recessed lighting fixtures in my garage first.  The garage project is more expensive, but the resulting change/difference is exponentially large t00.
And I'm in a "building" m00d, I just wanna make all sorts of stuff.  I completely designed my this b00kshelf thing for my aquarium, and it's going to be expandable to accommodate up to 55 gallon tank, possibly a 75, haven't decided yet.  And the night before last, I got this hair-brained idea of trying to figure out a way to mount my bed on a rail system that would allow me to push the bed up and out of the way against the wall, to allow more space in the bedr00m as a whole.  It would be totally sick.  But I've still got to figure out a place to begin.  And actually just posting about it makes me want to break out a drawing pad and start brainstorming.

I finally got my iPod situated.  And I bought the iPhone software to go on it.  So now I've got all these sweet programs and extra options that I had been working on backd00ring into the phone.  So this means less hacking, more playing.  And on that note, Sprint needs to get the iPhone.  Seriously.  It's a freakin' awesome idea.  Really.

Hopefully, today, I will get my boxing bag hung up in the garage.  Because I'm totally ready to start pounding on it.

I was supposed to get paid today.

    and I didn't.

/me is not happy with this situation.  On the bright said, it means that I will get doubly paid tomorrow.  Which once tomorrow happens will be superb.  But that doesn't change today any.  And I had a lot of things I needed to do today.

I need to get my boxing bag hung tonight.  I got most of my to-do list accomplished today, which is a g00d thing.  The remainder involves paying bills which can't be done till pay-day.  Jerks.

    My windows are really dirty.

and I hope whoever moves in next d00r is ridiculously hott.  Because I'm tired of being surrounded by old people.

The design for my b00kshelf/aquarium stand is almost completed.  I'm having to go through the tedious task of figuring out how much w00d I need to buy as well as what kind of hardware, etc I need to get.  I'm totally not a detail person at all.

  • and hilarity ensues

so I was fueling an airplane, and a G-3 was leaving.  Pilots are required to do what is referred to as a "walk-around" - basically means they visually inspect the entire aircraft to make sure it's air-worthy, etc...  yeah, they totally forgot to pin the nose gear, which is the equivalent of getting into your car and not having your steering column connected to your wheels.  Your steering wheel turns but your wheels keep going straight.  Was absolutely hilarious.

and speaking of hilarity, I just saw a commercial on TV for "wedgie free" underwear for women.

    what a fabulous day
